Scarves and Wraps

The First thing you need to know about the scarves and wraps in this collection is, These are not meant to keep you warm!  These are Statement pieces.  Think... Met Gala!  OK, maybe not THAT far out... but definitely unique!

These pieces are made with the technique called Free Motion Embroidery.  I use the sewing machine to stitch together thousands of thread strands, pieces of fabric, wool, yarn and other bits.

Some pieces end up very light and lacy, others are more dense.  Some, I go in with an idea of what I want the piece to look like... others... I just go, and see where it takes me.
